In compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 1177/2010 of 24 November 2010 Porto di Livorno 2000 srl provides an accessibility and assistance service to disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility.
Offered services:
- reserved parking spaces;
- adequate toilets at the Cruise Terminal, the Corociere Alto Fondale Terminal and the Maritime Station;
- ramps for access to the various structures;
- elevators;
- dedicated sessions in the various waiting rooms.
The staff is available to accompany passengers during the boarding / disembarking phases.

How to request assistance
Pursuant to European Regulation 1177/2010, those wishing to receive assistance are requested to inform the Terminal at least 48 hours before the arrival / departure of the ship by e-mail to the following email address: assistenza.pmr@portolivorno2000.it
